With a strong foundation in manufacturing, Mark began his career by attending a trade school in Houston, TX, in 2008. He has gained extensive experience in high-performance manufacturing, particularly in the NASCAR industry since 2016, bringing expert knowledge and precision-driven solutions to every project. Since joining Spire MFG in 2021, Mark has seamlessly coordinated day-to-day operations, focusing on optimizing production processes, managing resources, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and vendors. With his proven track record in the NASCAR industry and expertise in high-performance manufacturing, Mark Petovic is committed to driving excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring the team consistently exceeds expectations.

Jay Forgione turned his passion for racing and fabrication into a successful career spanning over 25 years. Starting out behind the wheel of late models, his competitive drive and love for craftsmanship have led to over 100 national wins in NASCAR. As Chassis Fabrication Operations Manager, Jay plays a hands-on role in every aspect of the process—from chassis design to day-to-day production on the shop floor. Known for his strong customer relationships and relentless attention to detail, Jay’s dedication is evident in every race-winning chassis and component that leaves the shop. Jay’s dedication to Spire Manufacturing and commitment to quality and performance helps drive the success of every product that carries the Spire name.
